In the spirit of summer, I wanted to write a post about the cute nautical clothing. I just got back from spending a great week in Rockaway Beach where my friend has bought a summer house. It was so relaxing to be so near the beach except for the four men who died in the current. God bless their families and I hope they rest in peace. So about the adorable sailor outfits…

I really like this shirt because it looks so flattering and the colors aren’t typically nautical but still gets the point across.
Beau Soleil Dress
I love this dress because it is just perfect for the Hamptons and really anywhere sunny with a beach.
These nautical pants from Tory Burch are so adorable and would flatter every shape.
This is also Tory Burch. I love this mainly because of the sparkles. Her line is very nautical and totally inspiring if you want to go for that look.

i discovered your blog via cupcakes and cashmere and i just wanted to tell you that i think it’s great! sex and the city is one of my favorite shows, and i love that you name each post after episode titles.
also, i’m dying to move to new york, so i’m glad i get to live vicariously through you until i do. looking forward to reading more.
